Our fully air-conditioned home was primarily selected because of its lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with fish, birds and other wildlife. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from the shops and restaurants and 12 minutes to Disney.
We have a local Management Company who are on hand to assist you with any query or service as well as keeping the villa well maintained. In order to keep the villa to a high standard there is no smoking or pets allowed.

This style and size of villa is usually configured as a 4-bedroom house, however we prefer to offer it as a 3-bedroom with the added bonus of an extra room (den).

We have furnished our villa to a very high standard and all the living areas (except the bedrooms) are fully tiled throughout with Italian ceramic tiles.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, electric kettle, together with all plates, cutlery and bakeware etc.

Utility/laundry is equipped with new automatic washing machine and separate dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Facilities include: Large 32” T.V with cable DVD/VHS player and CD/HiFi in lounge area. T.V’s with cable in all bedrooms, Xbox and selection of games, Poolside furniture. All rooms have ceiling fans. Bed linen and towels are provided. Telephones providing free local calls. NEW FOR 2005 - GAMES AREA WITH 8FT SLATE BED POOL TABLE AND TABLE FOOSBALL.
