'Sea Pearl' is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive villa with screened private pool. The villa is perfect for families as it is spaciously laid out on one level and consists of a formal dining and lounge area and a large family room with breakfast nook, TV, VCR, DVD and music centre. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans, cable TV and VCR/DVD players and are furnished with Posturpedic mattresses. The master bedroom decorated and refurnished for 2004) has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate WC, large walk-in shower and a large garden tub. There are 2 Queen size bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. Outside on the deck there is a another dining area under a large lanai.

The villa is 2 miles from Disney World, and with easy reach of Universal and Sea World. Outlet malls and a wide variety of restaurants are also just minutes away. Orlando Intl Airport is just 20 miles away. Within a one hour drive there are the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches as well as many State Parks.
