With its stunning south facing heated pool and spa with waterfall, featuring a vanishing edge pool with amazing views straight onto the water. The villa has a huge pool and lanai area with plenty of pool furniture to comfortably seat everyone with outdoor kitchen and built in grill and BBQ. The pool and spa are electrically heated therefore can be used all year round.
The main kitchen is a cooks dream, with all kitchen appliances and equipment provided including a library of cook books !!, the outdoor kitchen is also fully stocked with items for outdoor entertaining. The family room features a huge comfy sofa with 52 inch TV and home entertainment system, we have a selection of DVDs and CD's for your own use. We have an eating area adjacent to the kitchen with a sofa, dining table seating 6 and counter chairs and stools for informal eating around the kitchen bar, there is also a separate dining room perfect for more formal occasions.The Villa is extensively tiled throughout, easy to maintain so ideal for children and pets, all you need to make your stay one to remember.
There are 3 bedrooms all with TV's and DVD players, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin room with 2 bathrooms one huge en suite to the master bedroom with walk in closets and amazing storage space with walk in shower and deluxe bath, and his and her basins.
All linen and towels are provided including pool towels for your own use, simply pack a small suitcase and arrive to enjoy your dream holiday home.
