Our villa is located on the sought after and established gated community of The Manors South at Westridge. This development is peaceful and spacious, and an ideal retreat after a day at one of the many world class attractions in Orlando. Westridge is situated on US27, between I4 and US192, and is perfectly located for Disney and many golf courses.

Our luxury, air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 10 people. It is meticulously cleaned prior to your arrival, furnished to a very high standard and provides ‘home from home’ comfort.

Enjoy Florida’s glorious climate by the private, south facing, fully screened 30’ x 15’ pool. The pool, which backs onto an open, landscaped area, can be both heated, and lit. This combined with patio lights, allows the luxury of swimming in the evening – an excellent way to wind down after a busy day!

With only one neighbour, you’ll find the tranquil surroundings relaxing, whether you are sitting under the covered, shaded area, or lounging on the furniture on the patio that surrounds the pool. It’s also a great place to have a BBQ.

The living and dining areas are spacious. The living area, ideal for relaxing in comfort, overlooks the pool and patio. It is tastefully furnished with sofas, with 1 converting into a double bed.

This deluxe, en-suite master bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the covered porch/pool. It has a queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers and remote control colour T.V.. Additionally, it has the benefit of a walk-in closet providing ample space for luggage and clothes. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower and vanity unit, and has access to the pool area.


The second master bedroom overlooks the front garden and also provides the luxury of en-suite facilities. It has a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower/bath and vanity unit.

There are 2 further bedrooms, providing twin beds, cabinets and built-in wardrobes.


The third bathroom is complete with WC, bath/shower, vanity unit and storage cupboard. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.



We have excellent facilities for evening relaxation in our games room. These include a pool table, table tennis, hockey and an electronic darts board. A Play Station 2 console is provided in the living area.
