Our recently built villa is situated in the prestigious community of Rotonda West on the Cape Haze Peninsula of South West Florida.

Our luxury villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and ensures you have the privacy and comfort to enjoy that well earned Vacation.
Offering over 1900sq ft of air-conditioned living space the villa has a south facing pool overlooking a peaceful freshwater canal.
The villa comprises a Lounge, Formal Dining Room with additional Family Room together with 3 bedrooms furnished as King, Queen and Twin rooms.

Lounge.
A spacious room that is luxuriously furnished and ideal for relaxation. Patio doors overlook the Lanai and Pool Deck.

Family Room.
Has a sunny south facing aspect, is comfortably furnished and provides entertainment for the whole family with Cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD Player.

Dining Room.
This room is furnished for those special evenings with seating for 6 people in more formal surroundings.

Kitchen.
Fully equipped for up to 6 people including Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and all the necessary Crockery and Utensils you would expect to find in a family home.
In the adjoining Laundry Room there is Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Laundry Tub with access to spacious double garage which has Automatic Door Opener.

Breakfast Nook.
Separate informal dining area for breakfast or snacks, with views over the swimming pool and freshwater canal from the large aquarium glass window.

Master Suite.
The large master bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king size bed,19" TV and “his and hers” walk-in wardrobes. There is a large en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower and luxury marble bathtub
The bedroom has large patio doors leading out onto the pool area for that early morning swim.

Second and Third Bedrooms.
These rooms are furnished to provide one double and one twin. Both have ample wardrobe space and share the second family bathroom. This also serves as a pool bathroom having access from the deck area.

Swimming Pool / Lanai
Overlooking a freshwater canal our Lanai and extended deck area offers the best in Florida Outdoor Living. Featuring a south facing 28ft x 15ft solar heated pool complete with baby guard, the fully caged deck is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs for those outdoor meals.

Rotonda itself offers 72 holes of championship golf courses all within a 5-10 minute drive of our front door together with the new Community Park which features tennis courts, a multi-purpose sports field, picnic pavilion and both walking and cycling through the park’s nature preserve.

Only a 15 min. drive are the wonderful beaches of Englewood, Boca Grande and Gaspirilla Island where you can enjoy all the beach activities of swimming, fishing and shelling as well as soaking up the glorious Florida sunshine until late in the day and then enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.

Alternatively just a short drive finds you with an abundance of local restaurants, supermarkets and great shopping in the malls of Port Charlotte which also incorporates a multiplex cinema.
The Charlotte Sports Stadium is nearby where you can watch the local baseball league.
