THE VILLA is a large, spacious, air conditioned, four bedroom, deluxe home that has been built to the highest standards. It has been decorated and furnished with great care, taste, and elegance. The high cathedral ceilings enhance the feeling of space. The villa also benefits from a number of special features that make it one of the most attractive in the area.
Internet access, The lounge with two large sofas and armchair, is complete with 42inch plasma TV/DVD Surround Sound Home Entertainment System. This is adjacent to the beautifully appointed dining room, which has seating for eight people. The excellently appointed kitchen is well equipped with all the modern appliances you could wish for. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with stools. Facing the Kitchen is the informal family room with three seater sofa, two chairs, and occasional tables, plus sliding doors that also lead to directly on to the patio and pool.
SPACIOUS LUXURY. The bedroom accommodations are also very spacious. The master bedroom with its large bathroom en suite, is complete with his and hers marble basins, large walk-in shower plus an attractive bath tub. The bedroom is exceptionally "spacious" with the king-size bed, beautifully appointed furniture, TV/DVD/Video and, at the far end a "retreat." Here you can relax on the two seater sofa, with your feet up on the foot stool, watching the sun shimmering on the sparkling pool through the patio doors.
The second master bedroom, although not as large as the first, is still beautifully appointed with a queen-size bed TV/Video. It has its own en suite bathroom with shower and sliding door that takes you directly out to the large "deck" and pool. The remaining two guest bedrooms are well appointed - both have twin beds TV's and one has a DVD player and share the third bathroom (toilet, basin, bath, and shower).
The home's southwest-facing location has enabled us to situate a larger than average pool and patio so it faces towards the Gulf of Mexico. This provides you with the benefit of the maximum amount of sun (which is especially important in the winter months, when the north-facing homes lose the sun at around three in the afternoon).The deck area around the Pool has lots of space to relax, eat, barbecue, or sunbathe. The grand entrance of the house leads to the lounge with large sliding doors that look out on to patio and heated pool. On the patio there is a outside very comfortable 2 seater Sofa, Armchair and side tables, and 2 outside table and chairs for 12 people. the villa also offers 2 bikes.
A RELAXING HOLIDAY. If your looking for a holiday that is peaceful and relaxing, Its very quiet and only a few minutes stroll to the beach. It has the benefit of being located just of the Intercoastal Waterways and the Beach, which has lifeguard station, picnic facilities, barbecues, toilets, and showers.

This deluxe home is nestled in a area of outstanding natural beauty. For those who want to enjoy the beach and gulfcoast. A five minute stroll along the quiet wooded lane takes you to the sparkling Gulf waters that lap the beautiful sandy beach of Manasota Key. The villa has the advantage of being on a larger than average plot, and is surrounded on either side by trees and shrubs, which makes it very private.
The Non-Smoking Villa is located a short drive from Venice Town center, with a wealth of restaurants, shops, and entertainment, there are also lots of shops, cinima complex and restaurants very close by. A 20 minute drive takes you to the City of Sarasota with its cosmopolitan shops, restaurants, theater, and opera house. The Villa is strategically place just of the Tamiami Trail, and the Freeways that can take you to the major attractions of Florida.

SPORTS AND ATTRACTIONS. 2 Bikes are available for the guests, and additional bikes can be hired for $50 per week, cycle for fresh bread from the fab bakery in the morning, or down the Key to other beaches, or just explore the very beautiful area. [very quiet road in the area]. For the golfing enthusiast, there are at least ten golf courses in less than a 20 minute drive. Local cinema 5 mins drive. For those who wish to visit the attractions of Florida, Tampa is an hour's drive and Orlando is just two. Our Villa is an oasis of tranquillity, yet all of the entertainment you could wish for is on hand for you to enjoy.
