Four bedrooms have king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with large bath including walk in shower. The master bedroom has large french doors opening to pool area. There is also a queen bedroom with large french doors to pool area and a bathroom that also has access to pool area. There is a bedroom with twin single beds and a bed room with two full double beds.

The home has a massive 45ft south facing pool with oversize spa. There are ample luxurious padded chairs and loungers to accomodate 16 people. Large sun parasols also provide shade around the pool area. We also have formal dining table and chairs on the lanai for alfresco eating after a hard day at the parks. There is a catering grade stainless steel BBQ for your use.

The main living area has a large high quality Italian leather corner suite with a wall mounted 50" HDTV, X-box and dvd library for your entertainment. A music system has been installed throughout the home and also onto the pool area.

There are two dining tables and chairs, 1 of which is formally set for elegant dining.

To complete the home and to ensure everyone has fun we have a fully air-conditioned games room with a full size pool table, air hockey table and childrens games.

The greatest advantage of this villa is that it is only 10 minutes from Disney and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Superior golf courses are only 15 minutes drive away. The house itself is luxurious and has every possible comfort to make your holiday "magical".
