Our New fully air conditioned Villa has nearly 3000sqft of spacious living accomodation with upgrades throughout, including a large 30' by 15' pool with extended screened paved pool area with a planted tropical backdrop for extra privacy.

The extremely well furnished spacious lounge with cathedral ceiling offers a relaxing central area for everyone to meet & relax together. Free full upgraded HBO cable package inc films and Fox sports(including Premiership football) are accessible on the NEW 60in Sony Flat Screen TV. DVD, Video & music system with a wide selection of films & CD's are also provided. Play station 2 with games and 2 ipod stations. There is a separate sitting room and a dining area overlooking the pool. The kitchen and laundry room are both well equipped with everything you might need during your holiday.

Our Villa has two master suites(1 King & 1 Queen) The King Master is extended with its own sitting area. It affords 400sqft of absolute luxury with a huge King size bed and ensuite comprising corner bath,separate doublesize walkin shower, separate toilet and two vanity units. The Master bedroom also has 40in LCD TV&DVD player, sofa and desk with Wi-Fi broadband access for laptops with printer. Floor mounted electronic safe for extra security. Telephone with free local and international calls. 2nd Queen master has ensuite shower and bath and 28in LCD TV and DVD. There are three further large bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed; bedrooms 4&5 have 2 singles in each and there is a 3rd bath and shower. Bedrooms 3,4 & 5 have large TVs,DVDs, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, hair dryers and all rooms have controllable ceiling fans.


There is plenty of room on the extended pool area for everyone to enjoy the sun all day long and a covered patio area allowing you to dine shaded from the sun. At night the pool has multi-coloured mood lighting. The pool has a removable child safety barrier and all doors to the pool have alarms for your peace of mind. Security system with motion sensors. NEW games room-Pool table, table tennis, powered air hockey.A large gas BBQ is also provided. Tennis raquets and balls are supplied for the tennis courts.
