Hamilton's Reserve is a small, quiet neighbourhood of mixed vacation and residential homes. It is well looked after and has an impressive entrance area. There is night time security and also communal tennis courts for you to enjoy. Homes are larger than normal vacation homes and ours in particular is on a huge plot with a sweeping driveway and totally private, fully fenced rear garden, ideal for young children.
It is an ideal base from which to enjoy your Florida vacation.

Our home is a gorgeous fully air conditioned, 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, ideal for 2 or more families to share and still have plenty of privacy.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, tray ceiling, cable tv, dvd player and patio doors overlooking pool and patio area. The master en-suite has an oval sunken bath, twin basins, walk-in shower cubicle and a separate wc area. A walk-in closet also provides ample space for your personal belongings.

A second Queen bedroom is also situated on the ground floor. This also has cable tv, drawers and closet space. It is ideal for people who find climbing stairs difficult.

Bedroom 3, upstairs, is another queen bedroom located next to the bathroom. It has closet space, drawer units, cable TV, VCR and radio alarm clock.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds with a pull out twin making it into a triple if needed. It is decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme, overlooks the pool area and has ample closet space together with a Mickey TV and Playstation 2 with a variety of games.

Bedroom 5 is another twin room decorated in an Animal Kingdom theme suitable for adults or children. It has a large closet and ample drawer space.

Our luxury kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home - and more! A dishwasher, microwave, range, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle are included together with crockery, cutlery(flatware),glasses and pots and pans in case you feel like cooking. Separate plates and cups are provided for safe pool use. A bar style table, breakfast bar and six stools provide casual seating in the kitchen area.

The separate dining room provides for a more formal meal and again seats six people. A high speed internet connected PC is also in the dining room for your use.

The family room is luxuriously furmished in an African theme and comprises of two large sofas, one of which converts to a queen size sleeper if needed. A patio window looks onto the pool area and a cable TV, cd player and dvd system provides entertainment.

A further half bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen area, as is the laundry room, complete with washer and dryer.
The 'garage' now a games room, houses a pool table, football table and darts board for when a rest from the sunshine is needed! It is decorated in the theme of a 50's American Diner.

The pool and patio area are both south facing and get all day sunshine. The huge deck area gives ample sunbthing space and steps into the pool allow easy access for all. A fountain feature in the pool itself adds to the relaxation factor. The large patio table and chairs complete with umbrella shade make dining ouside an enjoyable occasion. To add to your enjoyment a 2 person hammock and extra seating and side tables ensure there is comfort for everyone in your party. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for sun worshippers and the fenced garden area gives even more room for children to play. A separate spa/hot tub sits on the pool deck, perfect for unwinding at night after a hectic day at the parks.<


All telephone calls within the US and Canada are free and calls to the UK can easily be made with the purchase of a telephone card at the local Walmart.

We are only 2 minutes drive from the main Highway 192 - full of shops, restaurants and entertainment. A 24hr Walmart is again only a 2 minute drive and Disney is an easy, 10 minute car ride away. Other attractions such as SeaWorld (7min), Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (15min) and International Drive are easily accessible via Interstate 4.
Orlando International Airport is a 15min drive away and Sanford Airport about 35mins.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach - about an hours drive away, as is Kennedy Space Centre. The fabulous beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are less than a 2 hour drive and well worth a visit.
