Our home is based in the community of Orange Tree on Highway 27 which is 2 ¼ miles North of US192. It is easy to find with no difficult turns. This community has sidewalks (footpaths), street lights, childrens play area, tennis courts, basketball courts and a soccer field. All this set amongst lovely orange groves.

· 2 Living Areas
Family Room lavishly furnished with two and three seater sofas as well as an armchair. This room is completed with cable TV, VCR and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the pool area. Living Room with three seater sofa (that converts to a queen size bed), two seater sofa and an armchair. This area has a CD player for your enjoyment.

· 2 Dining Areas
Separate Dining Room with large dining table with seating for 8 people. As well as a Breakfast Area (Nook) for more informal dining with seating for 6 people. Patio doors lead from the Nook to the pool area.

· Kitchen
Fully fitted Kitchen with the latest equipment including full cooker and hob, built in microwave oven, American fridge/freezer (with icemaker and iced water dispenser), dishwasher, double sink with waste disposal and vegetable spray.
Off the kitchen is a separate Laundry Room with family sized washing machine and separate dryer, also an iron and ironing board.

· 5 Bedrooms/4 Bathrooms (2 full Master Bedrooms).
2 Master bedrooms each have access to the pool area through patio doors. Each of these bedrooms has its own private En-suite bathroom with garden tub (bath), large walk in shower, ‘his’ and ‘hers’ sinks and toilet.
A further double bedroom has an en-suite shower room. From this shower room is a door to the pool area.
The 2 further twin bedded rooms share a further bathroom.
Every bedroom has a TV. There is also a Playstaion 2 to keep the children happy. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes (closets). There are several hairdryers in the house. All bed linen and towels are provided.

There is free wireless internet access as well as free international telephone calls to landlines.

· Pool, Spa, Lanai and Deck
The Pool, 30 feet by 15 feet, is larger than average. Heating is available for both the pool and spa and there is underwater lighting for night-time bathing.
There is a spacious deck as well as a large covered patio (lanai). Our home backs onto conservation area.

. Games Room
The games room is housed in the garage and contains pool table, air hockey table, football table, ice hockey table and a basket ball net.

Universal Studios/Sea World 25 minutes
Orlando International Airport 30 minutes
Daytona Beach 60 minutes
Golf Courses, Supermarkets, Gas Stations all within a few minutes drive.
