Our luxury 4 bedroom two storey villa is beautifully furnished throughout and situated in the established quiet semi-residential community of Oak Island Harbor at Formosa Gardens, in Kissimmee, Florida. Overlooking a lake in this exclusive area of Formosa Gardens, the villa is just 10 minutes away from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout, and for the comfort and safety of all our guests, the villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

The villa has external sensor lighting and is also protected by a security system which automatically calls our security company, if any of it’s sensors are triggered.

The villa is equipped with emergency lighting and fire extinguishers located in the kitchen and the upstairs landing .

A personal safe is available for your use during your stay.

The villa is cleaned before and after each rental and is professionally managed by our experienced local Management company, who are available for emergencies, 24 hours a day

Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, and the Disney Waters Parks) is only 10 minutes drive, and Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld, just 20 minutes.

Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and the Gulf beaches are all within 90 minutes drive away.

Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes away, and Sanford International 45 minutes.
