Sitting in nearly half an acre of gardens, our larger than average villa has everything you need to make your holiday very special!
The large, open-plan living area offers two living rooms, two eating areas and a large fully-equipped kitchen, all with tall cathedral ceilings. The sitting room offers a 5 CD Cassette stereo whilst the TV lounge boasts cable TV and a Video/DVD player for those times when you want to relax away from the Parks.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, microwave oven, 4-ring hob and cooker, ice-making fridge-freezer, coffee maker, food blender, toaster and kettle. The utility room boasts a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. You can eat in style either in the formal dining area or in the breakfast nook overlooking the Pool.
The spacious Master bedroom with its cathedral ceiling has a King-sized bed, Cable TV, a large walk-in wardrobe. double chest of drawers, hairdrier and a washbasin. The en-suite bathroom offers washbasin, wc, large corner bath and separate shower cubicle.
The attractive 2nd bedroom has a double bed, cable TV, chest of drawers and a large walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom at the front of the house, offers twin beds, chest of drawers and large walk-in wardrobe with access to the en-suite bathroom. The themed bedroom has been decorated to celebrate the villa?s close proximity to Nasa's Kennedy Space Center - ideal for children who want to fall asleep amongst the stars!! At night, the Moon and stars shine on one of the walls whilst the Astronaut clock keeps time and there are even books on the Moon and the Space Shuttle to read over your visit. The main bathroom is at the back of the house where there is access from the pool and patio area through the back door. It has a washbasin, wc, bath and shower and has been furnished with bright, sunny accessories. There is plenty of storage space for your toiletries.
Our large, screened, south-facing and fully heated pool is an ideal place to relax and unwind on your American holiday. Use the pool toys to entertain the children or relax on one of the comfortable loungers either under our covered lanai or on the sunny patio. We have also provided a gas BBQ, large patio table and chairs for those al fresco meals by the pool. You can also take a midnight dip bathed in the underwater lighting that lends a magical glow to the outside area.
