should you wish to use it.WE HAVE NOW ADDED A FABULOUS NEW GAMES ROOM WITH A LARGE POOL TABLE,LARGE TURBO AIR HOCKEY TABLE AND A FOOLSBALL TABLE, WIRELESS INTERNET HAS ALSO BEEN ADDED, JUST BRING YOUR LAPTOP.
The villa is fully air conditioned with the addition of 5 ceiling fans.
The family room has cable TV & VCR a selection of videos, books, and toys for the little ones.
Our kitchen is very well provided for, containing the
following, Electric cooker with ceramic hob, built in microwave with extractor unit, large fridge
freezer with ice making facility, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, toaster, coffee maker, ample
crockery, cutlery, and we haven’t forgotten the teapot. Master bedroom has a queen size bed,
TV/DVD radio alarm clock, ceiling fan this leading to a large walk in shower, corner tub bath, his &
hers wash basins, mirrored on three sides, separate toilet, hair dryer for your convenience.
Bedroom two, Double bed large walk in closet, chest of drawers,T/V, radio alarm clock, ceiling fan.
Bedroom three two single beds, walk in closet, ceiling fan. The second bathroom is between the
second and third bedrooms
Moving outside, the pool area has a secluded and shaded lanai providing shelter from the sun
together with an extended deck area which is sunny all day. A range of luxury pool furniture is
provided for your comfort. the pool and spa are lit for evening use. Heating is available for pool
and spa (optional) extra.

For local shopping as mentioned earlier, a Publix Super market is three minutes away with
adjoining shops.A 24hr.Wal-Mart is just further down the US27 with additional stores and shops. The 192 Highway heading North from the US27 will keep you busy as there are
all sorts of shops , restaurants, banks, entertainment.
Disney is best approached from the I-4 heading East, this being about 5 mins. from the villa
If you are looking for the coast, the beautiful gulf coast is about 1 1/2 hrs. drive heading West on
the I-4. For the golfers I am sure they know where the courses are, if you don’t know, the nearest.
is Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, and Highlands Reserve all very near by. What ever you
choose to do you will most likely run out of time, what a good excuse to come back!
