The Four Seasons is a luxury holiday home situated on the excellent Southern Dunes gated community. Whether you are a keen golfer or want to visit the theme parks, the Four Seasons is a superb place to stay. If you enjoy tranquility or sight seeing, the Four Seasons caters for your needs.
The Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club boasts the 78th ranked golf course in the USA and is only 18 minutes from the superb theme parks. With a Wal Mart and restaurants close by, the Four Seasons really does have the best of all world's. The clubhouse is only a few minutes walk up the fairway and Southern Dunes community also offers a gym, tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a lake. The community is gated and is secure. |

The Four Seasons is a stunning villa combining visual impact with superb facilities. When you walk into our two storey villa, the feeling of space will impact on you.
The villa has two master bedrooms and four twin rooms. There is a comfortable loft area (a real feature!) which overlooks one of the living areas and there are two queen sized sofa beds. The Family room is equipped with a 46'LCD TV/Blue Ray player & Bose sound system (HDTV inc HBO and a selection of movies are available).
There are two living areas, two dining areas and a large kitchen.
The double garage has been converted into a well equipped games room with pool, table football, a bar table and chairs.
The pool and jacuzzi are heated, south facing, not overlooked with an excellent view of the first fairway of the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course, there is also a large gas BBQ grill.
The Four Seasons is a child friendly villa equipped with cot, high chair, stair gate, pool guard. The villa also has high speed wireless Internet access, PS2, etc.

Visitors to The Four Seasons Villa are able to use the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course (fees apply). The Clubhouse is only a few minutes walk from our villa.

Rates |
|
The prices are inclusive of florida state tax at 12%. Pool and jacuzzi heat is optional and must be requested at the time of booking. The gas BBQ rental is $60/week. A security deposit of £200/$360 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
