Our beautiful villa is situated on the popular Esprit community on US Highway 27 in Davenport. It is just 6 miles away from Walt Disney World and 20 minutes away from Sea World and Universal Studios. Esprit has several communal features which include basketball and tennis courts, a large swimming pool with cabana and a stunning peaceful 440 acre lake. There is also a 9 hole golf course running through the estate.
Also on site 19th Hole Bar and grill,and nail salon.

The family room is a place to relax and watch TV,on our 52" tv. videos or DVDs in comfortable surroundings. For peace and quiet the ideal place is the lounge area where comfort is the key word.

The large well appointed kitchen is fully equipped and has its own dining area. There is an oven, large refrigerator and freezer complete with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, double toaster and coffee maker.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, plenty of drawer space, cable TV/video/dvd and a radio alarm clock. There is also an en suite bathroom with a large tub, vanity unit and a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and a TV/video.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and walk in closets. tv/video

Also a game cube for the kids.
There is a double integrated garage that can be accessed from the family room in which you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an ironing board and steam iron available.

The swimming pool faces south so the sun shines on it all day. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables for your comfort. A covered Lanai allows you to sit out in the evenings even if it is raining!

Our villa is ideally located for all the major attractions in central Florida. Disney world is located 6 miles away, Sea World and Universal studios are all within a 20 minute drive whilst Busch Gardens in Tampa is just 1 hours drive.
There are many shops in the local area as well as a great choice of restaurants. There is a gas station with a mini mart at the entrance to Esprit, this is open 24 hours.
All major airports are within easy reach, Orlando International is just 25 minutes drive whilst Orlando Sanford is only 45 minutes drive.
The gulf coast is about 75 minutes away whilst Daytona, Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are all within an hour.
