Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the peaceful attractive landscaped area of Creekside. It overlooks the beautiful creek from the patio area with natural woodland beyond. There is plenty of wildlife to see and enjoy. It is also just a few minutes away from the 192, approximately 15 minutes from Disney with Seaworld and Universal Studios amongst other attractions close by.

Our home is fully furnished and can sleep 6 – 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned and all bedding, towels and pool towels are provided.

Lounge - Fully furnished with cable television and DVD/VCR player. Queen sofa converts into queen bed. Additional loveseat. Ceiling fan. Telephone with answer machine. Patio doors lead to pool area and deck overlooking creek.

Dining Area – Dining table comfortably seats 6 people. An additional large settee and mini Hi-Fi/CD player. Selection of music CDs for all tastes.

Kitchen – Fully equipped with all modern conveniences with kitchen table seating 4 people. Washing machine and tumble dryer are found in the utility area.

Master Bedroom – Fully furnished with queen bed, en-suite bathroom including separate shower cubicle, and walk in wardrobe. Ceiling fan. Additional cable TV and DVD/VCR. Clock radio.

Bedroom 2 – Fully furnished with double bed and large built in closet. Clock radio.

Bedroom 3 – Fully furnished with twin beds and large built in closet. Clock radio.

Second bathroom – Situated between these two bedrooms. Bath plus shower over bath.

Outside is a 25 ft solar heated pool with deck area surrounded by screened meshed cover overlooking the beautiful creek. Pool toys are stored in the garage for your use. Patio furniture includes table, chairs and sun loungers. The pool has underwater lighting for an evening swim and the patio is illuminated at night.
