Location

The luxury three-bedroom, two bathroom, air-conditioned villa is situated at Fairway Oaks, Hudson, about ten minutes drive north of New Port Richey, overlooking ‘The Links’ golf course. It is in the heart of The Gulf Coast Region and is within comfortable driving reach of all the main attractions. It is just a few minutes drive to the local beaches and shopping malls.

Description

The villa has 1700 square feet of air-conditioned/heated accomodation and is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, It contains everything you need for your holiday, including a hairdyer!
Included is a private, screened, solar-heated pool and patio area, complete with 4 sunloungers and six patio chairs. The patio faces west and both the patio and pool can be floodlight at night.
It sleeps six and arrangements can be made for the additional provision of a small baby cot.
The property is managed professionally on our behalf by locally-based English managing agents.
All linens and towels,( except beach towels), are provided and there is full, between lets cleaning.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa.

Area Information, Attractions & Distances

Whatever attracts you to Florida, you are within comfortable driving distance of all the main attractions.
The nearest supermarket, café, hairdressers, garage, pharmacy, cleaners, off licence, etc and ‘The Links’ clubhouse are a mere two minutes away. The local beach and famous Sam’s Bar are five minutes by car, as is Hudson docks where you can hire a boat by the day. A wide range of restaurants and the Gulf View shopping mall are ten minutes drive away.

Clearwater, Tampa and St Petersburg are 40-60 minutes drive, whilst the attractions of Orlando can be reached in one-and-a-half to two hours comfortable driving.
Attractions include:
Tampa and Busch Gardens (45mins)
St Petersburg and the beach, pier and Dali Museum (60mins)
Tarpon Springs, the sponge capital & Greek community (25mins)
Off-shore islands for shelling and boating trips.
Weeki Wachi for the Buccaneer Bay theme park (30mins)
Homasassa Springs for the State Wildlife Park and manatees. (45mins)
Golf, fishing, off-shore casino, tennis, sailing skiing, scuba-diving, fleamarkets, shopping malls – the list of thing to do is endless!!!!

Rental Rates

Available throughout the year. Rates are for the villa for up to six persons. Rates include all amenities listed plus cleaning service both before and after your stay, all electricity, water and local telephone charges

From £450 to £525 per week depending on dates plus Florida sales and tourism tax (currently 9%). Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

Minimum stay is seven nights.Discounts for three weeks or longer

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked will be required when the booking is made. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.A refundable security deposit is required on arrival, to be lodged with the local managing agent.
