The villa is situated in the prestigious Gulf Landings community overlooking a boating canal that leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico, our brand new two-storey villa offers the height of luxury for our guests. Constructed in March 2004, this home is suitable for one or two families for a great vacation. The great restaurants, shopping malls and all amenities and entertainment facilities are all approximately a 3 minute drive away.

The property is 2200 square feet and beautifully designed and decorated. Downstairs you will find a 3 car garage with room for a boat or Jet Ski, games room equipped with Table Tennis Table, Table Football and of course, the pool & Patio. Upstairs is the living accommodation, which consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area on open plan. Patio doors lead from the family room to the upstairs balcony. There are 4 bedrooms; Master ensuite has a King sized bed, this room also has a seperate Nursery with cot and changing facilities. French doors from this bedroom lead onto the upstairs balcony. Second bedroom has Queen sized bed and third and fourth have two twins each. The second bathroom is located in the hall between the two twin bedded rooms. The house can sleep 8 + a baby if you use the nursery. We supply all linens, towels, cooking utensils etc and provide a microwave, range, washer dryer, iron and hairdryer. For those days when you just want to lounge around the home or relax by the pool we have supplied a selection of books and videos for all ages. There is 52" Widescreen T.V with the extra cable package., D.V.D.,VCR and a stereo system also for your enjoyment.
