Our luxury executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa comes with full air-conditioning and is situated with established orange groves along the rear on the property.
With 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms this villa is ideally suited for either a large family or 2 families to share.
Each master bedroom comprises of a double bed, bedside furniture with lamps, ample draw space, cable TV, walk in wardrobe and an en-suit bathroom, whilst each twin bedroom comprises of 2 single beds also with ample draw space, walk in wardrobe and a shared bathroom between them.
There is a spacious open plan family room with elegant dining area providing natural wood dining table and 8 chairs, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, side tables with lamps, cable TV and DVD player, all for your relaxation. This room also provides excellent views over the swimming pool area located at the rear and orange groves beyond.
The open plan kitchen has breakfast bar and comes fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer (with ice maker) and dishwasher. All crockery and glasses are provided along with other kitchen appliances and utensils
The laundry area contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Our 28'x14' heated swimming pool has an extended deck area, covered lanai and is accessible direct from the lounge area and en-suite bathroom of the rear master bedroom. Quality sunloungers and patio furniture are provided for your comfort.
All towels and linen are provided (except beach towels).
