The Abbey is a gated community of only 58 houses, which is a convenient 30 minute drive from Orlando Airport and is minutes away from Highway 27 and Exit 58 of the I4 as well as Highway 192 where there is a large selection of restaurants.

You are only a 2 minute drive from Champions Gate, where you can enjoy two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, David Leadbetter's Dream Academy and superb lunches at the 19th hole. Also at Champions Gate you will find a 'Publix' Supermarket, Chinese Takeaway, Liquor Store (Off Licence), Italian Restaurant, Chilis and McDonalds Restaurant.

The villa is a short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Gatorland. Kennedy Space Centre, the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens are an hour drive away.

Our spacious 4 bedroom executive villa sleeps up to 8 persons.

The downstairs Master Bedroom has a king size bed, cable television and an en-suite bathroom with large corner tub, walk in shower, two vanity units and a separate toilet. Sliding doors lead from the bedroom directly to the pool area.

Another Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed, cable television and an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet is located upstairs.

Also located upstairs are Two Twin Rooms (one with a Mickey Mouse theme) both with cable television and the Main Bathroom with bath and shower over, vanity unit and toilet. A play yard, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge.
The Luxury Kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, utensils and a breakfast bar with stools. A washer and dryer are provided in a separate Laundry Room. The Dining Area has a large table with seating for 8 and sliding doors leading onto the pool area.

Fully opening sliding doors lead directly onto the pool area from the Great Room (Living Room) which contains a 27" cable TV, DVD/VCR, PS2 and a selection of books, games and DVDs.

An additional Bathroom consisting of toilet and vanity unit is also provided downstairs.

There is a fabulour new Games Room containing a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, basket ball and electronic darts. There is a large covered Lanai (Porch) and Pool Deck leading to a 30ft x 15ft Pool and Spa which is all fully screened allowing sun through but stopping leaves and insects from entering the pool area. The pool area is equipped with table, chairs, lounge chairs and stools and a Cabana Bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and external shower. Pool toys are provided for your use.
