Our villa ( Lakeside Villa) is located on a quiet no-through road, in Rotonda West, 15 mins South of Englewood on the Cape Haze penninsula of the Gulf Coast of Florida- often referred to as "Florida's Best Kept Secret"

Rotonda West is surrounded by lakes and 26 miles of freshwater canals abundant with wild life; it is also a protected bird sanctuary. Rotonda West is located 35 miles south of Sarasota and 50 miles north of Fort Myers. There are miles of safe,unspoilt sandy beaches, inland waterways,with all year round superb weather allowing for the pursuit of the many outdoor activities such as Golf,Cycling,Fishing,Tennis,Boating & other water sports.
There is shopping both locally and in Port Charlotte with the villa being within easy distance of South West Florida’s largest Retail Outlet Malls. The area offers excellent restaurants serving seafood, steaks, and other local specialities.
All of Florida’s great attractions are within 2 to 3 hours drive including Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens and the spectacular Everglades.


The secluded South facing pool & spa offer spectacular and uninterupted views a large lake (designated a nature reserve) and onto the 11th fairway of Long Marsh Golf course beyond.
The completely private pool deck extends over the full width of the villa, with a massive 35 ft heated pool and spa. This provides plenty of space for you to relax in the sun, from sunrise to sunset,or in the shade under the lanai. There are full facilities for dining outside.

In addition to the spectacular 35 ft swimming pool/spa and deck facilities, Lakeside Villa will accommodate up to 6 people in amazing luxury and style with its spacious and elegant living and sleeping areas From the comfort of the cream leather sofas in the Great Room you can chose to unwind taking in the splendid lake views beyond the pool or watch a film on the 42" plasma screen colour TV with cable, DVD/CD

There is a formal dining area which is complimented with a second informal eating area with lovely views over the pool & patio area.
The fully equipped luxury kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a US style fridge freezer with built in ice and filtered cold-water dispenser.

The Master bedroom, with doors leading onto the patio, has a king size bed and flatscreen colour TV/DVD. Leading on from the bedroom is the luxury tiled en- suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and 2 wash basins.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, colour TV/DVD and views over the pool deck area.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds,TV.
The guest bathroom is fully tiled, has a full size bath with shower and a door leading directly to the pool deck area.
Other facilities include a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & iron etc. Bed linen, bathroom and beach towels and a gas BBQ are included for your convenience,plus four bicycles with safety helmets and a selection of excerise equipment and fun games for your use.
We have a dedicated management company to care for our home and guests.
