This luxurious villa is situated between Sarasota and Venice and is set in a pristine walled development with lakes throughout. Your stay should be quiet, peaceful and relaxed. Restaurants, shops and all amenities are only minutes away from the villa. Superb beaches surround the area and most can be reached by a short drive. Since the villa is close to the SR41 and IS75 it is within a reasonable driving distance of Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Orlando (Disney World).

Venice Beaches include Nokomis Beach, North Jet Beach, Venice Beach, Brohard Beach and Casperson Beach (longest beach in Sarasota County and left in its natural state).
Manasota Key Beaches include Manasota Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass Beach.
Lido Beaches include Lido Beach, North and South Beaches.
A little further a field there are the Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key Beaches

Sarasota is recognised as Florida’s cultural coast and is home to a professional symphony, ballet and opera. In addition, more than 10 theatres and 30 art galleries are located in Sarasota. The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is Florida’s State Museum and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, known for its architectural and great acoustics, seats 1,700 people and features a dazzling season of music, shows and programs for all ages.
State Parks
Myakka River State Park with 28,875 acres of land and Oscar Scherer State Park (within walking distance of Villa) are Sarasota’s destinations for bird watching, biking, walking, camping or just seeing Florida’s natural setting of swamps, palmetto brush and towering pine trees. Myakka State Park offers guided boat and train tours that include informative narration of the wildlife and history.
Golf
Every Sarasota day is a golfers dream with more than 30 courses sprinkled throughout the County, challenging all levels of play and budgets. Of the top 20 Southwest regional courses voted by the readers of Florida Golf News, nine are in the Sarasota area; four local courses are in the top 100 places to play in the whole state.
