This luxurious villa is situated between Sarasota and Venice and is set in a pristine walled development with lakes throughout. Your stay should be quiet, peaceful and relaxed. Restaurants, shops and all amenities are only minutes away from the villa. Superb beaches surround the area and most can be reached by a short drive. All beaches offer the finest in recreational activities and spectacular sunsets. Shopping Malls and wonderful golf courses are also close by. Since the villa is close to the SR41 and IS75 it is within a reasonable driving distance of Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Orlando (Disney World).

Siesta Key Beaches include Siesta Beach (recently named the best beach in Florida), Crescent Beach (rated among the top 10 beaches of the world) and Turtle Beach.

Venice Beaches include Nokomis Beach, North Jet Beach, Venice Beach, Brohard Beach and Casperson Beach (longest beach in Sarasota County and left in its natural state).

Manasota Key Beaches include Manasota Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass Beach.

State Parks

Myakka River State Park with 28,875 acres of land and Oscar Scherer State Park (within walking distance of Villa) are Sarasota’s destinations for bird watching, biking, walking, camping or just seeing Florida’s natural setting of swamps, palmetto brush and towering pine trees. Myakka State Park offers guided boat and train tours that include informative narration of the wildlife and history.

Golf

Every Sarasota day is a golfers dream with more than 30 courses sprinkled throughout the County, challenging all levels of play and budgets. Of the top 20 Southwest regional courses voted by the readers of Florida Golf News, nine are in the Sarasota area; four local courses are in the top 100 places to play in the whole state. Fishing piers include the Englewood Public Fishing Pier, Ken Thompson Park Pier and New Pass Pier, Osprey Fishing Pier, Tony Saprito Pier, Turtle Beach Pier and Venice Fishing Pier. Choose from 15 area marinas and 12 public boat ramps.

All major stores and supermarkets are within easy reach. There are dozens of restaurants serving meals from fast food to fine dining near by. THE VILLA

This luxury privately owned villa was used as the ‘Model’ home and is furnished to a very high standard. The villa is light and airy and has a relaxing feeling throughout. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The garden is landscaped and maintained weekly. The pool is also serviced weekly. For your safety smoke detectors are installed throughout. There is also an alarm on all internal doors that lead the pool area. This is to let you know that children have entered the pool area. The home is serviced by a local Management Company for peace of mind.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation comprises of large entrance hall, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms and two bathrooms.

Living Area

The open plan living space is divided into distinct yet intimate spaces. The lounge with it’s comfortable seating arrangements around a TV and entertainment centre and the adjacent dining area with glass table and seating for up to 8 people.

Kitchen

Is fully equipped with ceramic cooking hob, fan oven, microwave, extractor fan and dishwasher. The refrigerator/freezer will supply chilled water and crushed or cubed ice. There is a walk in pantry for extra storage.

Bedroom

The master bedroom has a King size bed, two bedside cabinets with side lamps and dresser. A large walk-in dressing room is a joining. The bed position over looks the pool which can be accessed from the bedroom via sliding doors. The bathroom can also be accessed from the bedroom and this comprises of a walk-in shower, jacuzzi, his and hers fitted vanity units and sinks. Also within the bathroom is a separate WC and fan.

The additional double bedroom contains a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps and storage space.

There is also Two twin bedded rooms one of which overlooks the Pool.

Pool

The Pool Measures 28’x 14’ and is up to 5’ 6” deep. It has a Hot Tub in the centre. The pool is completely caged and surrounded with comfortable sun loungers. The pool is alarmed for added Children's safety.A six-seater table is also located within the pool area, under the covered lanai. The pool can be heated if required during the chillier months at an additional cost.
