GREAT ROOM

The lounge area is furnished with a three piece leather suite, coffee tables, table lamps and an entertainment centre which houses a 27” TV which is connected to VERIZON FIOS PREMIUM , SPORTS and FILM PACKAGES,( there is also a second cable box and 18" LCD flat screen TV in master bedroom ) DVD player plus CD hi-fi system. There is also a large remote control ceiling fan.
The large adjoining dining area comprises of a glass and iron table with matching chairs, Bakers stand and wine rack.

BEDROOMS

There are two double bedrooms with king size & super king size beds, a dresser in each room, plus bedside tables with lamps.
Both twin bedrooms are situated next to the second bathroom.

All bedrooms have large walk in closets.

KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen area is equipped to the usual high standard expected by Americans. There is a large fridge/freezer with ice making compartment, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink waste disposal unit. All crockery, cutlery, utensils and kitchenware are supplied,
A large washing machine and tumble drier are also provided in the purpose built laundry area. The Nook is an area to the rear of the kitchen that has a round breakfast table and chairs. From here you have access to the double garage and laundry area.

BATHROOMS

The larger of the two bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom. It comprises of two sinks, large mirrors with vanity lighting and a shaver point. A hairdryer is also provided. The large walk in shower has seating and there is a separate W.C. There is also a closet plus a walk-in dressing room.
The second bathroom is situated off the hallway between the two twin bedrooms. The basin faces a large mirror with vanity lighting, shaver point and a hairdryer is supplied.

The world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island, Sarasota Bay &Longboat Key are only a 20minute drive away. Here one can spend the day swimming, fishing or sampling the many local watersports in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or maybe just lazing on the beautiful white sands. There are several golf courses nearby for a more athletic vacation.

If shopping is your idea of a holiday, this area is ideal. There are numerous shops and malls in Bradenton and Sarasota plus one of the largest outlet malls in Florida only 15 minutes drive away at Ellenton. There is also the exquisite St Armarnds Circle just outside Sarasota for those with the taste for expensive boutiques and restaurants.

For those who require recharging their batteries at a theme park,
Busch Gardens is under an hour’s drive away and the various theme parks of Orlando are only a 90 minute drive.
