The open-plan family room opens directly to the pool deck and has a large leather sofas, designer tables, 50" cable TV, DVD, video and sound system. There is also a selection of books, games and CD's to help you entertain and relax. A fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar, nook area, and has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range (cooker), microwave, fridge-freezer with icemaker, waste disposal and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an elegantly appointed dining room that has a striking 8-seat dining suite, and for more informal affairs, the shaded lanai and the outside dining furniture provide the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco pool-side living.
Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own cable TV, and have been uniquely furnished and come complete with high quality bed linens and towels. There are 2 magnificent king-bed master bedroom suites, and 1 queen with private bath. There are a further 3 twin bedded rooms, sharing CD Stereo, sony playstation and DVD player, thus making it ideal accomodation for a small groups or a large group of families and/or friends.
Directly to the rear of the villa you will find your own private classically styled west-facing swimming pool and spa that can both be illuminated at night to extend your outdoor fun! Loungers on the sundeck will enable sun lovers to sunbathe, whilst the large lanai and extended pool deck provides shade for those who prefer. The whole area is enclosed by a fine mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the pool late into the evening without having to worry about flying insects. Note: The pool comes with a safety fence for your party's well being.
To complete the home and to ensure that all needs are catered for, there is a superb games room with an 8x4 ft professional slate pool table, foosball and darts. Cable TV has also been provided to enjoy the ‘games’ whilst playing a game!
