This is no ordinary villa. It was bought as OUR home from home because we love Florida. Everything has been upgraded to the highest standards of quality. The villa’s pool is one of the largest you’ll find in a rental property. Additional touches have been added both inside & out
A spacious kitchen fully-equipped with everything you’ll need, overlooking the pool & lake, adjoining the lounge which leads onto a beautiful formal dining room. Both the lounge and dining rooms have vaulted ceilings.
The spacious Grand Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The solid wood furniture gives an overwhelming air of luxury and includes an Armoire housing a large TV with VCR/DVD.
The en suite bathroom hosts a sumptuous oval cultured marble bath where you can relax in privacy and soak away the strains of the day. It also has an oversized separate shower enclosure and twin wash basins, sculptured again in cultured marble which are backed by a huge illuminated mirror. A tasteful separate toilet to add that extra degree of privacy is also captured within the suite.
The Second Master Bedroom Suite has a queen-size bed, large closet and TV with VCR. The en suite bathroom has a separate large walk-in shower, toilet, cultured marble bath and matching twin wash basins that are shown to their full beauty by a large illuminated mirror.
Two additional spacious twin bedrooms both enjoy their own TV / VCR while sharing a fully equipped fourth bathroom suite with toilet, shower, bath & washbasin.
The sumptuous lounge, with the furnishings being completed in true ‘Floridian Style’, is designed to be comfortable and cool after a long hot day while on your dream holiday. A large television with cable services and DVD / VCR are also provided for your enjoyment.
For dining there is an elegant dining area and for less formal occasions you have a breakfast table in the kitchen.
For outdoor dining there is a large table and top quality seating under the covered lanai providing an excellent outdoor setting while you overlook the pool & lake.
The floodlit screened extended sundeck hosts a sparkling 30’ pool with water jets & under water optical lighting,
with sufficient top quality pool furniture for you to relax.
Telephones are provided. Although local calls are free of charge, for national & international calls a phone card should be purchased at the local supermarket, 2 minutes away, giving exceptional value. You can even get these delivered to you at the villa along with your theme park tickets if you wish.
For your further enjoyment we have provided a games room with a full-size Pool table, Fooseball and Air Hockey.
The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all bedrooms, lounge and lanai.
Separate laundry facilities include a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
A crib(cot), play pen, highchair and stroller are also provided with our compliments without charge along with
all towels and linen.
Please note that this property is designated non-smoking, and although we love animals, sorry on Pets!
Our management company are available 24 – 7 and you will find them very friendly and helpful should you have any questions or problems during your stay.
Can it be that easy? One phone call or email can be the start of your perfect holiday. We will do our best to ensure your stay is enjoyable & worry free. We will be more than pleased to arrange theme park tickets to be delivered to the villa. We have never found cheaper!
At your request, we can even arrange for a “welcome shopping bag” of groceries to be waiting for you until you visit the vast supermarket just two minutes drive away. If you need car hire or flights we can advise you from our own experiences. Nothing is too much trouble.
