Our villa is situated in the brand new peaceful community of Regal Oaks. A variety of shops, malls and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away. The gulf beaches of anna marie to longboat key are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away. Golf courses are also within easy reach.Sarasota approx 10 mins and a leisurly 90 min drive are the theme parks of orlando. Tampa is just 50 mins away.

Our brand new villa, which is south facing, has a central position to the larger than average lake. Very spacious, air conditioned (with ceiling fans for added comfort ) Furnished to a very high standard throughout. The master bedroom has a Grand Queen bed ,large dresser/mirror and two nightstands,2 lamps, T.V /DVD, cream swival chair, There is also an en-suite bathroom,with a seperate oval bathtub also a double vanity unit and a large Hollywood style wall mirror ,a seperate walk in shower and seperate toilet, a sliding door for extra privacy in the bathroom. The master bedroom leads onto it's own private sitting room where there is a sofa,hi-fi system and a games table which includes chess, backgammon etc, a cream swival chair,and a beautiful view of the lake. The second bedroom has a Grand Queen bed,two nightstands,two lamps,a closet,an armoire with drawers, this also has another TV. The third bedroom has twin beds, closet and nightstand,
two lamps, also a small table. There is also a family bathroom situated between the second and third bedrooms,her you will also find a storage cupboard for towels. The large lounge has a two seat sofa and three seat sofa, small tables,telephone and Fibre Optic Hi Speed Internet (wi fi )upgraded cable TV. DVD player and a book library. The formal dining area has a dark cherry table and chairs and seats six people. All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances large and small and has a separate nook area which has an extendable table and four chairs. In the seperate utility room there is the washing machine and seperate dryer, iron and ironing board. The pool (which is south facing) is 35ft long and has two decorative water fountains. It is heatable at an extra cost. The large covered lanai (with ceiling fan) provides shade and has two tables and six chairs. Sun loungers are also on the pool deck
