Plus, Shops and Restaurants on the main 192 running through Kissimmee and only 10 minutes from the world famous Disney Parks and many other attractions of this part of Sunny Florida. |

We believe, that we have created the perfect home from home for you our guests at this our 2nd villa in the area on Philadelphia Circle only 5 minutes walking distance from our first on Eagle Pointe South, Kissimmee.
The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest American standard with luxury being the best way of achieving client satisfaction, restful and remembered holidays.
The furnishing enhances the open plan Florida Style which boasts true comfort and colour co-ordination throughout the living and bedroom areas. Thus, complimenting the inbuilt amenities of the villa architecture and design.
The Master Bedroom with King size bed has a luxury en-suite bathroom including bath, separate walk-in shower together with a his and hers washbasins. Storage and a large walk-in closet complements this room with ample storage space and Safe. Finally, the room has its own 70 channel cable TV/VCS for private viewing and bedside lamps.
The 2nd double bedroom, has a Queen-size bed, large wardrobe/closet with ample storage together with a 70 channel TV for private viewing and bedside lamps.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, a large wardrobe/closet and a 70 channel TV for private viewing and bedside lamps.
The fully equipped Kitchen with cooker, microwave, American style refrigerator with ice make, coffee maker, blender, centre-island server, dishwasher, waste disposal and telephone. We believe just everything you need for lunch or dinner together with ample table ware/glasses for that late night beer or drink of wine around the flood light pool.
The Living Room/Family Room are fully carpeted and furnished to the same standard which can be viewed on the attached pictures.Having a six seater dinning table, comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a full-sized bed suitable for two individuals at Queen size, coffee tables and table lamps.
The entertainment in the villa comprises of a large colour TV, VCR, DVD, CD, Hi-fi and Sony PlayStation 2 in the Family Room and additional TV's in all the Bedrooms. Additional ventilation and lighting from the ceiling fan.
Leading from this area through double sliding patio doors to the insect screened free heated Pool/Spa, Jacuzzi area with extra large sun-deck area and luxury sun lounges, chairs and table with parasol.
Our villa also benefits from full air conditioning in all rooms, full anti theft/burglar alarm system. Also, a safe for cash and valuables.
Bathrooms: Ensuite in Master bedroom and 2nd Family Bathroom. Both tastefully furnished in modern design with tiles. Both having toilet, wash basins, showering facilities, mirrors, and bath + shaving facilities.

Wal-Mart now famous in the UK as well as the US have 2 huge superstores and one is approx. 1.5 miles from the villa for all your food and house hold needs. Or you can shop until you drop with 24 hours opening time.
Orlando and Kissimmee are great places to catch up with some retail therapy. Why not try Orlando Premium Outlets, just 10 minutes away, Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets are even closer. You could also try International Drive with Festival Bay just 25 minutes away or the Florida Mall off Orange Blossom Trail approx. 35 minutes away. There really is more to find just get in the car and explore the delights of this part of the world. You'll be surprised at what you find. |
