Imagine relaxing by the pool watching the pair of eagles that nest in the trees across the lake, feeding in the lake, or turtles coming out of the lake to bask in the sun. There are also many other types of birds and wildlife that can be seen.

The Sarasota/Bradenton area is ideal for all of the family to enjoy the magnificent Gulf Coast beaches, the many local golf courses, shopping malls and designer outlet stores, art galleries, theatres, museums and restaurants to suit every taste!

Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is a 15 minute drive from our home and Tampa Airport is a pleasant 40 minute drive over the Sunshine Skyway, however Orlando Airport is only 90 minutes drive away.

Our spacious fully air conditioned family home is fully equipped, with private screened 30' X 14' south facing electrically heated pool and a deck with outdoor dining facilities and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.

Our home is luxuriously furnished in the 'Florida Style' to exceptional standards. The house has a comfortable large Great room for relaxing in front of the TV and DVD.

A fully equipped kitchen with dining table/chairs, all crockery and utensils etc. An additional formal living room and dining area provides ample space for you to relax away from the kids for a while!

There is high speed internet access which is free to use during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television and large en-suite bathroom There are 2 other bedrooms - a twin and a double, and a second bathroom.

There is also a laundry room with a washed and a dryer, and a double garage.

The villa is conveniently located near an excellent selection of large supermarkets and drug stores, as well as smaller local shops, restaurants, video stores and fitness facilities.

The Gulf Coast beaches are a 15 minute picturesque drive away. Ellenton factory outlet mall is only a 10 minute drive away, with Busch Gardens (45 minutes) and the Disney Attractions (90 minutes) all within easy reach.

Sarasota is about 15 minutes away, providing more up-market shopping and dining.

There are a large number of superb golf courses within easy reach.
