Whether you are shelling, hunting for shark teeth, or just soaking up the sun you will enjoy excellent weather all year round.
You will find all watersport equipment available to hire locally (boats, jet ski's etc.)
Try the many wonderful restaurants, shops, entertainment and sport facilities.

You will find a circular driveway to the front, and beyond lush greenery to the rear we have the excellent Long Marsh golf course. (just one of the 5 golf courses that help make up the Rotonda estate).Rotonda West has an abundance of wildlife and is a nature reserve with a system of rivers no fisherman could resist.
Our villa comprises of a great room, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Twin) The master bedroom having an en-suite. Fully equipped kitchen with seperate breakfast area (nook) and a further seperate dining room, family bathroom, utility area with washer/Dryer and garage with automatic door.
Our private pool ( 26' x 15' ) and pool deck (lanai) is fully screened and equipped with loungers, table, chairs and BBQ.
Our friendly local management company is always on hand to attend to your every need and is responsible for cleaning the villa before and after your visit. They will also attend to the maintenance of the pool and gardens on a weekly basis.

All major themeparks and attractions are within easy reach, these include Disney, Sea World, Busch Gardens, The Everglades and many more.
Tampa is approx.1.5 hours, Fort Myers 1 hour, Sarasota 45 minutes, Venice 30 minutes and 15 minutes to Port Chatlotte.
