The accomodation consists of master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area, one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area and two bedrooms with shared bathroom each with two single beds.
The family room has a 42" HD TV with HD digital cable and queen size sofa-bed. The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook look out over the pool and conservation area.
There is also a formal living room and dining room where parents can escape from the television and entertain or relax in peace.
The screened pool is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end. It has the benefit of free solar heating and also, for winter use, an electric heater which is available at $16/day (not that you will need it very often!).
The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area are equipped with sun loungers and chairs for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for dining and relaxing. The lanai roof provides refreshing shade from the sunlight and is an excellent place for al fresco cooking on the gas barebecue provided.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and comes complete with all linen, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, TVs, high speed cable internet access, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, waste disposal and telephone (with FREE local calls; long distance/international calls can be made with the use of a pre-pay phone card, or credit card) . It will be fully cleaned with fresh linen before you arrive and again when you leave. |
