About the Villa
Our family owned villa has been designed with many upgrades. The home is built to a luxury specification and was completed in April 2003. It is tastefully furnished, spacious, and comfortable. The fully air conditioned/centrally heated villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The south facing extended pool and spa area is fully screened. The villa has everything you could wish for to ensure that your vacation in Florida is a memorable experience.
The property is single storey and fully accessible to all guests. The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority. It satisfies all fire and safety regulations.
Family area……….
The family area is a very spacious room in the centre of the villa where everyone can get together and relax. There are two sofas and an armchair. The double sofa can be converted into a bed for additional clients.
The area has cable television, a DVD player and CD mini system. DVD's can be rented from a nearby store.
The family area opens onto a covered lanai and swimming pool area via patio doors.
Kitchen area….
The large fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave oven, cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal system and all the kitchen gadgets you need. There is a separate laundry room, which includes a large capacity automatic washer, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes dryer.
If you don't feel like cooking our home is located close to many fine restaurants some providing home delivery services. There are major supermarkets conveniently located close by.
All pots and pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery are provided.
There is a telephone in the kitchen. Local telephone calls are free of charge. Out of area calls require a phone card which can be purchased from most of the local supermarkets.
Dining area…….
The dining area is at the front of the villa with the large table situated in the bay window. The table seats eight and a high chair is provided for the use of little clients.
Bedrooms………..
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms making it an ideal choice for two families sharing.
Main Master Suite
The main master suite overlooks the pool area and has a door onto the covered lanai and pool deck. A large walk-in wardrobe is a feature of this beautifully appointed room. The bedroom has a cable television and clock radio.
The main master suite features a luxury en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious and includes his and her sink vanity units, separate toilet, separate large shower cubicle and a large bath. A hairdryer is also provided.
Second Master Suite
The second master suite also has a cable television and clock radio. The room has large fitted wardrobes.
The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet. The cabana bathroom is ideal for a shower before or after sunbathing and also allows guests to have easy access to a toilet whilst in the pool area through the door directly off the covered lanai and pool deck.
A hairdryer is provided in the second master suite.
Third and Fourth Bedrooms and bathroom
There are two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds. Each room has fitted wardrobes and colour cable television.
The third and fourth bedrooms share the bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Travel cot provided.
Pool area…….
The pool area includes a 30ft x 15ft swimming pool and spa with underwater lighting. There is a heater for those cooler winter months.
The villa benefits from a large pool deck area, which can accommodate two families with ease. The pool and deck area is south facing affording all day sunshine. A fine mesh screen encloses the area.
The pool is private and neighbouring properties are screened by palm trees and flowering plants.
For those guests wanting some shade there is a covered lanai. The lanai also provides the perfect area to eat meals "al fresco" or to sit and relax with an evening drink after a hard day at the theme parks!
A pool screen is provided for child safety.
Management of the villa………
Our local management company ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. The pool is cleaned and checked once a week and the gardens are maintained weekly. The management company provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome.
