Each bedroom has a spacious walk in closet. This villa comes complete with luxury furniture to match the interior. It has 8 remote cable TV's, Video/DVD+films, Playstation 2 + games room which includes a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey & basketball. All modern utilities are included with regard to the fully fitted kitchen. All linens, towels, coffeemaker, microwave,hob, icemaker etc are all included. It literally is home from home. There would be no need to bring anything except for your clothes. This villa is set in a landscaped surround that is not overlooked from the rear. There is a extended deck & a custom pool & jacuzzi to the rear of the property. There is upgraded patio furniture that includes table, chairs and plenty of sun loungers for those who want to soak up the Sun. To the rear of the villa is a large custom designed pool and Spa that benefits from having the Sun on it all day long. At night lighting built in can set to change colour to suit your mood or have it set to have the colours changing. There is a pool/spa heater available if required(extra cost.)The whole area is fully screened to keep any biting bugs out. All doors to the pool area are alarmed and there is a removable child safety fence. Fully licenced to comply with short-term rental with the State of Florida. We have a local 24-hour management company for emergencies and help. Smoking is only allowed outside. Please use the ashtrays provided. The inside is alarmed with smoke detectors. There is also emergency lighting. Sorry NO PETS Allowed. |
