Why stay in a hotel when you can have the luxury of coming home to this peaceful, spacious and exclusive villa on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and experience the convenience of home-from-home accommodation. This is the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location.

Inside Emerald Hunny Pot Villa, you will find all of the latest features in vacation rentals. Constructed in 2004, all rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a very high standard of furnishings throughout. With 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, which include 2 master suites (one king and one queen, with en-suite facilities and walk-in closets), 2 Disney themed bedrooms especially for the kids and a pull out queen sized sofa bed in the living room, this villa will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group of up to 10 guests. We also have a travel cot with changing mat for babies. Our dining room features a dining table with 6 chairs, and another dining area including table with 4 chairs which is great for the children. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools.

Our beautiful home also includes a fully screened custom built heated pool with raised spa/jacuzzi (with removable safety barrier), pool cover, under water light and separate heating controls. We have a separate Patio area, with sliding patio doors from the lounge and bedroom area, with barbecue grill (complimentary use for our guests) and a large garden area.

You’ll find the freedom to do what you want, and when you want, vitally important. This is particularly true for those holidaying with children. We have a young toddler of our own and are used to travelling overseas, so with this in mind we have tried to make our home as child friendly as possible, with lots of free extras (eg foldaway cot/crib, changing station and playpen, Disney bedding, microwave steriliser, highchair and splashmat, two lightweight foldaway pushchair/strollers, toys, childrens' books, board games for all the family, PlayStation 2 and games (over 30!), DVDs for all the family (over 250!), CD/Stereo System (over 50 Music CDs), provision of a safety barrier for access to pool and inflatables/pool toys are provided for pool use, pop up goal and football, binoculars for use at the theme parks, and there is an on-site children's play area if all that's not enough to keep them occupied! With all the comfort of home and more than a few holiday luxuries thrown in for good measure, we are sure you’ll find your stay at our villa one to remember! You have all the freedom to do as little as you please or as much as time allows.

When you arrive you will save time as you will not need to go and collect the key from an agent (often 30 mins from the villa), as we have a secure keybox where you can pick up the key at the villa. The on-site reception are on hand to assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation (daily transportation is provided at a small cost to all the major theme parks, which include Magic Kingdom, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Orlando Premium Outlets ). The staffed clubhouse will provide towel service and music at the pool, movie rental and other thoughtful touches to help make your stay a memorable and worry-free one. Arrangements can be made for late key pick up and also if requested in advance, food packs/welcome packs can be waiting on your arrival (at an additional charge).

Just under three miles to Walt Disney World (and just one square mile to Disney World property) and a short drive or walk to shopping and dining, this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your stay in the Sunshine State. Just two minutes drive from the villa is Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank & ATM machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or takeaway food. We are also very close to the other resorts and activities that draw millions of tourists to Orlando year after year, including Sea World and Universal Studios.
