The villa is situated in the quiet community of Indian Point, which is situated just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee, close to the giant Wal-Mart by Medieval Times. It’s accessible from the 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, or from Bass Road off the 192 which is on the corner of the Wal-Mart Super Store.

The community also has it's own communal tennis courts, pool and a children’s play area and is a very popular location for villa vacations.

This area offers very quick and easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all major theme parks, restaurants and shops.
