2008 and 2009 rates range from £495 / $950 per week low season to £625 / $1195 per week high season. These rates include all taxes, services and cleaning.

The villa can be rented by the night. Rates range from £80 / $150 per night low season to £140 / $260 high season. Stays of less than 6 nights incur a one off cleaning charge of £60 / $95.
