Our beautiful villa is built on a premium conservation lot in Calabay Parc, a superior development off Highway 27 and is fully furnished, air conditioned and equipped to a high standard. Built on one level the villa has over 1800 sq ft of internal living space plus extended pool and sunbathing area. Calabay Parc is within 15 minutes of Walt Disney World and many other major Orlando attractions, including Sea World and Universal Studios. It is approximately thirty minutes from Orlando airport, one hour from the Kennedy Space Centre and within easy travelling distance of both the West and East Coasts with their miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Calabay Parc is also within a few minutes of a number of championship golf courses and some superb restaurants and fast food outlets. A new Publix supermarket is 5 minutes drive from the villa and a Walmart supercentre is 7 minutes drive. This is the ideal location providing the best of both worlds as our villa is in a peaceful country environment backing onto a pine forest but within easy travelling distance of all the attractions. We have four bedrooms, two double masters (both with separate en-suite facilities) and two twin bedded rooms sharing a third bathroom. There is a large comfortable family room and fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen and dining area with large bay window. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room and all cutlery, crockery, bed-linen, towels, etc are provided. The two car garage (accessed from within the villa) has been converted to a games room and equipped with a 8ft x 4ft pool table, table tennis table and CD stereo for your added enjoyment. There are many extras, including a 51" Large Screen Cable TV, DVD and VCR. Each of the 4 bedrooms has cable TV and there is a PS2 with DVD player in Bedroom 3. The TV in Bedroom 4 has been equipped with an electronic game (Mario etc) and a games controller. There is a selection of DVD’s, Videos and PS2 Games available. Two hair dryers are provided together with telephones with free local calls. Ceiling fans are located in the family room, main master bedroom and lanai. The screened private pool (28 ft. x 14 ft.) looks onto a pine forest and has a covered lanai and extended sun deck with a range of luxury pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The pool area is not overlooked and the pool can be heated if required. The villa meets all fire and safety regulations and we have a friendly and helpful management company who are available 24 hours a day should the need arise. A high tech coded security entry system has been installed at the villa so you can go straight to the villa from the airport - there is no need to call at the management company to collect keys!
