Our superbly designed, executive villa is located on the Indian Creek sub-division at Formosa Gardens in Kissimmee, the closest community to the magical Walt Disney World (Animal Kingdom is just 3.7 miles from the entrance to the community). Just a mile south of the Western end of the famous 192 'strip', the community has ideal access to the major roadways of the I4, International Drive and Disney's World Drive.

Positioned on an oversized plot in a quiet corner of the community, the villa features 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10, with the capability of sleeping a further 2 in the queen-sized sofa bed in the Great Room. A fully equipped kitchen with adjacent breakfast area in addition to the dining area provides the capability to cater for the simplest of meals or lavish feasts.

Each of the two Master bedrooms features a King Sized bed, TV and phone and has direct access to the pool through the en-suite bathroom.

The third and fourth bedrooms feature twin beds and share the third bathroom.

The fifth bedroom contains a Queen sized bed, phone and is adjacent to the fourth bathroom.

The light and spacious living area features vaulted ceilings, Queen sized sofa bed and an entertainment centre with TV (100+ channels), DVD player with a collection of DVDs and over 50 popular CDs. There is also direct access to the lanai and pool from the living area.

All wet areas (including the entrance hallway, kitchen, dining area and utility room) are fully tiled, promoting cooling in addition to the full air-conditioning.

The South-East facing, 30' x 15' pool is situated in an over-sized and enlarged decked area, set to pavers, with a raised spa for relaxation at the end (or beginning) of a fun-filled day.
