Happy’s Hideaway is located in the exclusive Indian Creek location, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. This larger than life vacation home has everything that you and your family could want for a magical vacation, and with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms it is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests.

The spacious family room has sumptuous sofa, loveseat and chair to help you relax. Sit and watch your favorite movie on, DVD, VCR or premium cable together with the family on the large screen TV. Use the cable digital video recorder to pause and replay live TV or save programs for when you get back home from the parks. Bring your favorite games for the PlayStation 2. Enjoy high speed WWW/Internet connectivity for your computer with cable broadband by wi-fi or cable hookup.

The family room opens out to a shaded lanai with table and 6 chairs. The extra large screened deck with 3 lounge chairs surrounds an oversized gas heated pool with integral bubbling hot spa. A child safety fence is provided for your comfort.

Sleeping accommodations includes 3 master suites and 2 twin bedrooms. Two of the master suites have king size beds, private and spacious en-suite bathrooms, and direct pool/spa access. The 3rd master has a queen size bed and an adjacent bathroom. Each twin bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers with mirrors, night-stands, lamps, closet space and in-room televisions and bedside clock radios. Finally, there's a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main family room to provide flexibility on sleeping arrangements. With plenty of space to relax and be comfortable, there is nothing “dwarf sized” about Happy's Hideaway!

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to cook that fabulous family feast or a quick snack. The kitchen nook has seating for 6 and the adjacent dining area has a full sized table with 6 cushioned chairs. A snack/breakfast bar has additional stool seating for two. Plenty of room to flexibly sit your entire cast of characters!

Rounding out the amenities is a private laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and a two car attached garage. An oversized and elevated house lot affords a maximum of privacy.

Our home is located in the new development of Indian Creek, which makes it one of the closest communities and one of the few that is a GENUINE 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE TO DISNEY PARKS. This makes it the ideal location for families as it is possible to drive home for a break before the evening parades and fireworks. From our location we can easily DRIVE TO DISNEY ON LOCAL ROADS, AVOIDING INTERSTATE 4 and RTE 192 TRAFFIC CONGESTION. As a guide it generally takes us about 6-9 minutes to drive from our home to Animal Kingdom.

We have stayed in villas in Florida before but think that this is the best so far. So much so that we are already planning our return visit! It really is a home away from home. Nothing was missing and we even had a few nice surprises such as baby toys and cots. The pool was lovely to come back to after a long day at the parks and the kids loved the game room. Your home was so much more than expected. The website photos do not do it justice. It was so nice to be able to come back here after a busy day and relax, stretch and jump in the pool. You supply everything necessary for a lovely home away from home. Conveniently located near the Disney parks, restaurants and attractions but yet quiet and peaceful. After a 14 hour journey the house came as a fantastic surprise. The photos didn’t do it justice and couldn’t convey the quality and homeliness of the villa. The kitchen is more well equipped that any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in. This made catering to a large number of people easy. The house is perfectly placed for all the main attractions which cut down travelling time. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for the use of this fantastic house. (October 2009)

What a fantastic place! The last several trips we stayed inside Disney, but this was our best trip yet. Love coming home after hot days at the parks and relaxing in the pool. Thank you for the restaurant listings, there is a great selection of places to dine.
