Our home is just off US Highway 27, 1 minute south of the intersection with 192 West.
Vistapark Resort is a privately owned gated development offering on-site security and concierge service. We have our own on-site mangement company with a handyman available Mon-Fri if any problems arise. We are in close proximity to many golf courses and the Greg Norman 36 hole championship course is only a short drive away.
There is a 24 hour Walmart Supercenter 3 minutes from our home and a Publix less than 1 mile away. Adult and paediatric medical and dental services are within 3 miles. |

At over 2800 sq ft our home is significantly more spacious than most 4 bed properties. It is beautifully furnished by an interior designer and fully equipped for your convenience.
We have two spacious master suites featuring colour cable TV, king size bed, telephone, ensuite bathroom with large garden tub and separate shower, double vanity unit and walk-in closet. The upstairs twin has an ensuite bathroom while the downstairs twin has a bathroom just across the hall.
For those who prefer the formal touch, our exquisite dining table is set and ready for you to entertain. Alternatively, kick back and enjoy a barbeque at the pool side as you watch the sun set.Facing southwesterly we enjoy sunshine until early evening.
Our oversized decking area provides ample space for you to sunbathe whilst the screen keeps bugs out and lets the sun in. Ceiling fans in the covered patio area will keep you cool if you need a break from the sun and the outdoor bathroom means you don't need to leave the pool area when nature calls.
After a day shopping, golfing or visiting the theme parks there is no need to hurry back - the benefit of underwater lighting means you can enjoy a midnight dip or just relax in the spa.
