This beautiful single storey villa overlooks a lake, thus affording perfect privacy whilst relaxing in the pool and Jacuzzi... As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with a large open foyer with a soaring volume ceiling. Attractive niches with floral displays and pictures greet you to transform you to the wonders beyond.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and comfortable with ample space making the property suitable for our guests in wheelchairs without losing any of the elegance of the original design. All external door access are ramped and internal doors are widened to accommodate wheelchairs, light switches and power sockets are conveniently located at heights to be equally accessible by both the able bodied as well as our guests in wheelchairs. It boasts air-conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool, smoke detectors in all bedrooms, emergency exit lighting and a 24 hr monitor alarm system for your complete security and piece of mind.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, inclusive of two master bedrooms with en-suites two twin bedrooms with a bathroom, accommodating up to 8 people plus baby. It is perfect for a family vacation and for groups of friends holidaying together. We have spared no expense in appointing this luxury home to meet every need you may have whilst visiting the attraction area of central Florida.

There are French doors in the living room, master bathroom and nook that lead to a covered lanai and screen enclosed custom designed 15' x 30', south-easterly facing heated swimming salt-water pool with 4 jet water streams a Jacuzzi that seats four people and can also be used as a kiddie pool with the lake as your back-drop. The spa has a light and can also be heated, ideal for relaxing in with a cocktail after a long day.

There is a round table with four cushioned chairs and four matching sun-lounges for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and just sit and relax and muse over the memories of a most hectic, but enjoyable day, whilst watching the setting sun paint beautiful pictures soothing pinks and purples in the sky not to mention watching Epcot’s fireworks light-up the nights sky.

It also boasts an SAM automated twin halogen underwater light with 8 colour wheel that will transform your night time pool environment and for those late night swims at a flip of a switch.
