Isla del Sol is a 350-acre island community surrounded by the tropical waters of Boca Ciega Bay. The apartment offers open views of the beautifully landscaped Isla del Sol golf course. A few minutes drive will take you to the Gulf beaches of St Pete, Pass-a-grille and Fort de Soto State Park.

This upper floor apartment has a master bedroom and guest bedroom both en-suite. A sofa bed in the lounge area can sleep two more.

The spacious lounge/dining area with cathedral ceiling leads on to the balcony with views of the 14th green and golf course lakes.

The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size oven, dishwasher and microwave. A table and four chairs offers breakfast dining. Full washer/dryer facilities are provided.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.

The complex has a large shared pool area with hot tub and pool house.

Renters are fully supported by our local management company who offer a 24 hour answering service. Facilities now include wireless internet access.
