Windsor Palms is a new resort style community with 24 hour gated security, located centrally in Florida a few miles west of Interstate 4, just off US 192, in the Kissimmee area of Orlando. Walt Disney World is less than 4 miles away.

Our luxury 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo was completed in 2002. It can sleep 6 people in comfort and up to 8 with the use of a sofa bed in the lounge area. It has been professionally furnished to the highest standards. On the middle floor, it is a lovely, bright corner condo overlooking a quiet green landscaped area yet less than a two minute walk from the main pool and clubhouse.

The unit is fully air conditioned and equipped with all new furniture and appliances. The kitchen has a full size cooker/oven, integrated microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, full size dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine etc, etc. There is also a full size washing machine and dryer in a laundry closet.

The master bedroom includes a queen size Bed, 19"T.V. and spacious en-suite Shower-room. There is also a double bedroom with 14"T.V. and queen size bed, and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom, plus a Sofa-bed in the lounge. There is a large well furnished lounge and dining area, and a screened lanai (patio) with furniture.

The lounge has a large 28"Cable TV with video player/recorder and DVD player, and there are telephones with free local calls.

A hair dryer and all linens and towels are provided.
