Osprey Landings" Almost New, pool home, luxuriously furnished to a very high standard. The accommodations are comprised of a large entrance hall, open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, utility room, double garage, three double bedrooms,one twin bedded and two bathrooms. The master bedroom comprises of a beautiful French design king sledge bed, two night-stands with side lamps, huge dresser with mirror, TV cabinet, and large walk-in dressing room. From the comfort of your bed you look out over your own pool with hot tub and water feature, you are also overlooking the lake, which is frequently visited by exotic local bird life. The pool can be accessed directly form the bedroom via the French doors. The master bedroom is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fan; all the windows are fitted with fly screens so they can be safely opened. The master bathroom comprises of a huge Roman Shower, also a hot-tub/Jacuzzi, his and hers fitted vanity units and sinks. Full mirrors and plenty of storage cupboards. There is a separate Water Closet (WC) with extractor fan. Each of the additional two double bedrooms comprises of double Queen-size bed.We also have a twin bedded bedroom overlooking the Lake and pool.

The lounge comprises of a two and a three seater settee, armchair, and footstool in soft exquisite cream real leather, positioned around a central marble and glass coffee table. Here you will also find our home entertainment center with a 51 inch wide screen cable TV, eight speakers, DVD player, and CD/Radio/Cassette system. The high quality glass dining table can seat up to eight in comfort, the dining area can be softly lit to create peaceful diner parties or you may chose to eat al-fresco under the lanai with its overhead lighting and ceiling fan.

Outside there is a eight-seater glass table with very comfortable chairs; it is positioned outside the lounge French doors, overlooking the lake and swimming pool. Relax in the evening with the pool lit up; listen to the gentle waterfall running from the hot tub into the pool creating a very relaxed and romantic setting. The pool and outside dining area is completely caged in, so you won’t get any uninvited flying friends dropping by.

The kitchen is open plan so the cooks can still be part of the party with guests in the dining room and lounge. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery, plenty of various size and shaped glasses. It comprises a ceramic fast heat cooker with fan oven, built-in microwave, extractor fan and large dishwasher, American refrigerator/freezer with filtered chilled water and quick icemaker with either crushed ice or ice cubes dispensed from the door. The double sink has a waste disposal unit and filter drinking water. There is an unbelievable amount of kitchen storage and a walk in pantry.

Pool, Jacuzzi, and Hot Tub: The swimming pool 28’x 14’is up to 5.6 foot deep. The pool is south-facing so this guarantees the maximum amount of daytime sunshine, if it’s shade your looking for then you can shelter under the lanai and chill out under the outdoor fan. We have six very comfortable sun loungers for those lazy days around the pool. Apart from the winter months (November through April), the pool temperature can range from 80-88F without heating. During the winter months the pool can be heated to achieve similar temperatures, for an extra charge of £50 per week, if required. This includes heating the outside hot tub/Jacuzzito the same temparture.

Beach, Boating, Fishing, Golf, or Sunset Cruising: Osprey is approximately eight miles from St. Almonds Circle Sarasota and a similar distance from Venice. The nearest beach and marina is Casey Key just over two miles away. Here you can hire boats, fish, paracend, jet-ski, or drink and dine overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. Here you are likely to see Pelicans, Turtles, Dolphins, and Manatees plus numerous other interesting wild life. Boating and fishing within the ICW is safe and great fun with loads of places to eat and drink.

Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach, Turtle Beach and Siesta Keys are all a short car ride away. Spectacular sunsets can be seen as you travel along the beach road known as Midnight Pass.

If you’re into Golf we have almost 90 golf courses within a 30-mile radius, 39 courses within the county of Sarasota alone, most of which do not require membership. Depending on the time of year and the time of day prices can start from as little as $25 for 18 holes including an electric golf buggy.(handicap certificults are NOT required) The nearest course is only three miles away.

"Shop till you drop": We have all the major stores and supermarkets within easy reach. Dozens of restaurants choose from; fast food to fine dining, from American, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Cuban, Mexican, fresh fish, and the finest steaks... You name it and you are likely to find it very close by at prices you won’t believe!

Designer Outlet Malls: Two are within eight to ten miles and more if you’re prepared to travel a little further assuming you still have some $ left!

Sightseeing and Places of Interest: Sarasota is said to be the cultural center of Florida with numerous theaters, cinemas, and concert halls. Special events take place throughout the year. Oscar Sheriff State Park is literally next door, with 16 miles of trails to walk or ride. Both salt water and fresh water fishing are available or you may prefer to hire a canoe or swim in the spring water lake.
