Our home was constructed in August 2002 is located less than 2 minutes away from the Champions Gate Golf Complex with two international standard courses designed by Greg Norman, which are now open.
This villa is within a walled and gated community for extra security and peace of mind.
Within a five minute drive there is a large Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets.

for golfers who want to play a lot, Champions Gate golf course is good but very expensive (about 130 dollars a round). There is a course about 20 -25 minutes drive away, called Kissimmee Golf Club, which has coupons in most of the free booklets for golf at between 36 - 49 dollars, including golf cart and a free sleeve of balls. It's a very nice course in pretty good condition, and excellent value.
for people who want to check on their E-mails or the internet fairly regularly, the best place to go is the UPS store next to Publix. They charge $1 for 5 minutes, and have printing and posting facilities.
