“Driftwood” was completed in December 2002. It has superb views over one of the three lakes in the tranquil, gated community of Beachwalk Isles. The spacious, stylishly furnished, air-conditioned home has all the facilities you would expect of an exclusive location including: a solar-heated 28’ by 14’ south facing floodlit pool; a large patio overlooking the pool and lake; patio furniture for 6 + sun-loungers; TV/VCR in master bedroom; cable TV with DVD/VCR/Stereo in Great Room; large walk-in closet in master suite and generous built-in closets in beds 2 & 3; marble tops in bathrooms (one en-suite and one serving beds 2 & 3); all bed linen and towels provided; fully equipped kitchen; breakfast nook with seating for four; formal dining area with seating for 6; separate utility room with washing machine and dryer; fully tiled and carpeted throughout; ceiling fans in all rooms and patio; light and airy throughout; local telephone calls free of charge; and a double garage.
