The villa is to be found on a closed avenue of outstanding properties and on 3 acres of secluded gardens with pine forest, yet within walking distance of a supermarket and shops. The only sound as you relax and sunbathe by the superb, large, soft lined electric heated pool on the spacious south facing patio is that of the breeze through the trees and local exotic bird life.
Yet all of Naples attractions and amenities are close by, the beach for instance just 10 minutes drive.

Built in the last decade and maintained throughout by our father who lives locally and is the onsite manager 24/7 to ensure guests have a carefree vacation the villa has new carpets in the bedrooms and cool floridian floor tiles elsewhere. SEVENTH HEAVEN offers spacious accommodation, Consisting of 2 LARGE bedrooms both with full en-suite bathrooms, large lounge/dining area, fully equipped breakfast kitchen, utility and garage.
The master bedroom has a king bed , bedroom 2 has twin beds and there is a king size sofa bed in the lounge.
Outside is a south facing lanai with soft lined electric heated swimming pool, great for children,and within the gardens are citrus fruit trees. Imagine picking your own sweet grapefruits for breakfast on the patio, deciding whether to dine outside that evening enjoying a view of the subtly lighted garden which creates a unique romantic setting at night, or choosing from one of many fine local restaurants. What more can anyone want for a vacation than this beautifullly villa set in it's own private grounds yet just a few minutes from the beach, downtown Naples, bars, restaurants and the Interstate 75 junction. Convinience stores, restaurants, etc. are just a couple of minutes drive.
