The condo has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom with king-size bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds, 2 baths, vanity/dressing area, walk-in closet and screened-in lanai with a wonderful view over the golf course. There are 2 TVs, a VCR and DVD/CD player, and full size washer and dryer. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This professionally furnished unit on the 3rd floor of a 1996 3-story building has cathedral ceilings that make it feel even larger.

Amenities include a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course, heated swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gourmet dining room, lounge, pro shop, fitness center with sauna, driving range and practice greens. Golf membership included (fees for membership transfer, golf carts and nominal green fees).

The world's whitest, softest, sandiest beach, Siesta Key, is within a short drive, as are dozens of excellent restaurants and fabulous shopping.

The area is famous for its many cultural activities from theatre to dance, many parks & amusements, recreations such as fishing, boating and snorkelling, and for trendy St. Armands Circle.
