There are 2 TVs, a VCR and DVD/CD player, and full size washer and dryer. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This professionally furnished unit on the 3rd floor of a 1996 3-story building has cathedral ceilings that make it feel even larger.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is a highly acclaimed gated golf community located minutes from Westfield Sarasota Square Mall, at the heart of Florida's Culture Coast.

Amenities include a challenging Arthur Hills designed golf course, heated swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, gourmet dining room, lounge, pro shop, fitness center with sauna, driving range and practice greens.
