Our luxurious privately owned fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa with screened private pool & spa, is in an enviable south facing position - Not overlooked from behind!. The villa has been professionally designed and tastefully furnished with many extra features and will comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. An intruder alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are also provided for your safety. Extra safety child alarms are fitted to all doors leading to the pool area - these alert you if the doors are open. Ceiling fans are fitted in the family room, master bedroom and lanai to circulate the cool air.
Free wireless broadband Internet access is also provided - just bring along your own laptop!
On the days when you decide to relax at the villa or when the weather is not going to be good! A full size, slate bed, Pool Table & Table Football have been provided for additional entertainment. We have also added a wall fan to help you keep cool during the hot summer months.
The Master Bedroom with ceiling fan has a Queen size bed (British King size), walk-in closet, remote controlled TV, telephone with answering machine, alarm clock radio, and is complete with spacious en-suite facilities comprising of twin vanity basins, large roman bath, WC and large, separate, walk-in-shower. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms. There is access from this bedroom to the patio/pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen-size bed, TV, telephone and alarm clock radio. This bedroom shares bathroom 2 with bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has a Tri-bunk (single on top, double on bottom), TV, telephone and a Sony Playstation. This bedroom shares bathroom 2 with bedroom 2.
The fully equipped Kitchen includes a full size cooker, hob, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker, in-sink-erartor garbage disposal and dishwasher. All the crockery, glasses and utensils you will need along with a host of other useful gadgets. There is an adjoining breakfast area (Nook) with table and chairs. A full size washing machine with separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are situated in a self contained Laundry room which leads into the double garage.
The accommodation is carpeted throughout and tiled in "wet" areas. The beautiful upgraded furniture (not the standard package furniture which you may often find) has been carefully chosen and the villa is tastefully decorated throughout. The Family Room has a ceiling fan and is furnished with three & two seater sofas and a chair . Cable TV is provided, and there is also a DVD player (films & games for the playstation are available to rent locally). The Living Room also has three and two seater sofas with a chair. Cable TV is provided. The adjoining Dining Room provides seating for six.
The rear of the property boasts a magnificent fully screened, south facing, sparkling swimming Pool with Spa, and tropical covered lanai with ceiling fan. The spacious patio area is equipped with sumptuous padded furniture for your comfort to enjoy those glorious sunsets!
A small local British Management company, A1 Vacation Villas Inc, who pride themselves with the care of our home and guests, looks after the villa. They are literally only 5 minutes from the villa, so you can rest assured that someone will be available to answer any queries or problems you may have.
