Our beautiful self-catering villa is situated in Westridge, one of Orlando's most sought-after and prestigious communities in Orlando and is just 14 miles from Walt Disney World and other major attractions.

Our spacious 1,678 square ft holiday villa sleeps 8-10 (plus baby) and is available for rental year round. It is located on the Highway 27 and minutes from the I-4 and 192. Shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets are available nearby.

The estate boasts its own private 2000 sq ft clubhouse which has been designed with holiday makers in mind and is for the exclusive use of the owners and their guests. You can choose to host gatherings on the veranda for your friends or have a quick dip in the spacious swimming pool.

The clubhouse is complete with lounge, large screen TV's, exercise room, reading room and other facilities perfect for entertaining your family and friends. There is also a volleyball court, tennis court, a kid's play area, a BBQ area and another swimming pool for your further enjoyment.

Our villa is accessible from all of the major airports. The driving time from Orlando International - 30 minutes, Sanford - 45 minutes, Tampa International - 90 minutes.

This luxuriously furnished property offers 4 bedrooms (1 king size, 1 queen size, 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, lounge with cable TV/DVD, 50 inch TV, High-speed Internet and telephone. Dining room and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook area and all the amenities.

The Great room has a double sleeper sofa for extra guests, a three seater sofa and cable TV/VCR, with patio doors leading to the pool and lanai. There is also a formal dining table and chairs at the other end of the room. In all the villa can sleep 10+ a baby.

The open plan kitchen looks out over the great room and has a breakfast bar and a nook area with table and chairs. For your convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble drier situated in the laundry room along with an iron and ironing board. There are ample towels supplied which should be sufficient for your entire stay (please bring your own beach towels).

You can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine all year round on the screened patio which is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table. The Lanai area provides a pleasant shelter form the mid day sun should you prefer the shade. The pool is accessible from the great room, as well as the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. All pool access doors are alarmed to warn of unsupervised entry to the pool area by young children.

The villa's own private pool measures 30x15 feet and is fully meshed to keep insects out and let the sun in. The pool can be illuminated for late night swimming. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost.

Numerous golf courses within 5-60 minutes drive, owner can provide recommendations and contact phone numbers etc.

Cleaning service is available between bookings or during your stay if requested.

For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away.

Tennis courts are available just 15 minutes drive away at Orange Lake Country Club.

Our villa is just 15 minutes drive from Disney, Tampa is just 75 minutes away and the Gulf Coast is 90 minutes. Westridge provides easy access to Interstate 4, which will take you to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center just 60 minutes away. The Orlando Airport is only 35 mins away, and the abundance of golf courses within easy reach. Southern Dune Golf & Country club is only 5 minutes away.

There is a 24 hour "Publix" Supermarket and Pharmacy only 5 mins away.
