Our spacious home is one that has the making of a fabulous holiday for all the family. It is NORTH FACING(sunshine from 8am till 7pm for those who are sick of the rainy weather) with a master en-suite bedroom. It provides you with a pool deck and patio with luxury loungers and table with parasol for those who have sensitive skin, so relax and unwind with all the family in our Luxury home.

Our villa is a single storey home that is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 8. Our home is fully equipped with all the amenities from Cable TV to Hairdryer.

Facilities for your use

Family Room has 2 & 3 Seater sofas one of which provides extra sleeping space for those larger families, cable TV,VCR with films,CD Player for the kids entertainment as well as the day around the pool. There is Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house for that extra comfort on those restless nights. There are also sliding doors for easy access to the pool deck and 28 ft pool. If you like to read while sun bathing we also provide a small collection of books to read.

Living Room provides extra seating space consisting of a 2 & 3 seater sofas and adjoining Dining Room with table and 6 chairs for those family get togethers.

Kitchen & Nook
If you like cooking while on vacation our kitchen provides all utensils to help you on your way, from knives and forks to pots and pans. It also has the added bonus of no washing-up as the dishwasher does that for you. Other provisions such as microwave oven/cooker and hob/toaster/coffee maker/fridge-freezer with ice maker and waste disposal unit.

Master Bedroom as well as having a Queen Bed with cable TV/ceiling fan, has an en-suite for privacy with a his and hers wash basins/walk in shower cubicle/seperate toilet and heart shaped bath tub.It also provides you with a hairdryer/large walk in closet/drawer space as well as access to the pool area through the patio doors.

Double Bedroom has double bed/ceiling fan and ample drawer and closet space.

Twin Rooms both provide drawer and closet space with ceiling fans. It also has bathroom 3 between the 2 rooms to share.

Laundry Room which provides washer/dryer and iron & ironing board for your use.

Double Garagewhich is big enough for one big car or 2 medium sized vehicles.

Provided for FREE of CHARGE is BBQ/Towels/Beach Towels and all Linen as well as Baby Equipment:-CRIB/HIGHCHAIR WITH BEDLINEN AND BLANKETS.

Our home provides all the necesities for your vacation all you have to do is PACK and GO. It also leaves plenty of space for a few pressies.

Deck Area is for the comfort of all the family, with Luxury table and chairs/loungers with parasol. The pool deck is lit at night for that added lighting while swimming or watching the sunset.

Our location from Orlando international airport is 20 mins, Sanford airport 45 mins. We are 10-15 mins away from Walt Disney World and other major attractions, such as Universal, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild the list is endless. Further afield you can visit Tampa's very own Busch Gardens with rollercoasters galore, Daytona Beach and the gulf coast. Orlando provides all the entertainment to keep you wanting more.
